Head of marketing for mining products

EMCD is a global crypto technology company building an ecosystem of innovative products and services. We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive growth across the USA, LATAM, and CIS markets. In this hands-on role, you will own go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and marketing performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for mining products across the USA, LATAM, and CIS, aligned with business growth and revenue targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and lead generation, working closely with Sales and Business Development teams to attract and convert miners.
• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels and marketing opportunities, focusing on measurable business impact.
• Lead marketing launches for new mining products and features, including positioning, channel strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
• Strengthen EMCD's brand presence and visibility across mining media, industry communities, and digital channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates across regions and channels.
• Build data-driven marketing processes, including attribution, funnel analytics, CRM tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including PR, SEO, SMM, Design, Content, Events, and Analytics, to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop retention, reactivation, and upsell initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team to increase miner engagement and lifetime value.
• Track and report key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and business results to senior leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
• Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, fintech, or hardware/infrastructure-related industries.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition, supported by measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion funnels, attribution, and marketing dashboards.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across international markets.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
