Head of cargo marketing in aviation

Since 2020, Almaty International Airport has become a part of the Turkish holding company TAV Airports. TAV Airports provides comprehensive services in all areas of airport operations and is present in 108 airports in 29 countries. TAV Airports Holding, part of the ADP Group (France), is part of the leading global airport management platform. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to take on the role of Head of Cargo Marketing, leading the strategic and operational marketing activities for our cargo business.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for cargo services
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Define pricing and product policies
• Promote cargo services and strengthen the company’s brand image
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance

• 6+ years of proven experience in marketing (must be in aviation, logistics, or transportation)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in project and team management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Office location - Almaty International Airport
• Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
