We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead our internal team and scale our global affiliate network across the iGaming and Forex sectors for a fast-growing performance marketing agency in Limassol!
задачи
Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the internal affiliate team
Onboard, negotiate, and maintain high-value affiliate partnerships (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
Collaborate closely with Media Buying teams to align paid campaigns with affiliate channels
Track performance, ROI, and campaign metrics using industry tracking platforms
требования
Proven affiliate management experience within iGaming & Forex
Track record in team leadership and people management
Solid understanding of media buying channels (PPC, Social, Native)
Strong analytical skills & experience with affiliate tracking software
Fluency in English & ability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
