Hard Rock Hotel - Marketing Executive

Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team, with a strong focus on F&B and wellness marketing across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, Body Rock® Fitness Centre, and Rock Spa®.

We are specifically looking for a marketer who already has hands-on experience marketing restaurants, F&B concepts, spas, and fitness or wellness brands and understands how to turn marketing activity into measurable business results.

This is not purely a brand awareness or social media role. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute commercially focused initiatives that drive restaurant reservations, spa bookings, gym memberships, packages, and revenue across the property.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will support the planning and end-to-end execution of commercial marketing initiatives across the hotel, with particular focus on our F&B and wellness offerings.

You will work closely with operational teams to understand their commercial priorities and translate them into effective campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and content that generate measurable results.

You will play an active role in promoting our restaurants and bars, Body Rock Fitness Centre and Rock Spa, while also supporting wider hotel campaigns, packages, partnerships, CRM and other marketing initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial marketing role, with proven hands-on experience in restaurant/F&B marketing and/or spa, fitness, or wellness marketing.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous campaigns or initiatives within these sectors and the commercial results achieved.
• Experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurant groups, lifestyle brands, luxury wellness, spa, or fitness operations will be strongly valued.
• Strong understanding of how to drive bookings, reservations, memberships, footfall, and revenue through effective marketing activity.
• Demonstrable experience developing and executing campaigns that have delivered measurable commercial results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, CRM/email marketing, and campaign performance.
• Strong social media and content marketing experience, particularly within consumer-facing lifestyle, F&B, or wellness brands.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity directly to revenue, conversion, and ROI.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop campaigns and promotions proactively rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work closely with operational teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar creative tools will be considered an asset.
• Experience in agency and budget management will also be considered an asset.
