Together with customers, KOLs, and internal teams, you will identify new market opportunities, develop clinically relevant applications, and drive market penetration for our innovative solutions, particularly aScope RhinoLaryngo.

• Identify and develop new market potential and growth areas in ENT.
• Discover and validate clinical use cases and successfully bring them to market.
• Build strategic relationships with ENT experts, opinion leaders, and reference centers.
• Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into concrete growth initiatives.
• Develop pilot projects and innovation programs together with customers.
• Support Sales, Medical, and Global Marketing teams with valuable market knowledge.
• Position Ambu as an innovation leader in ENT endoscopy.

• Several years of professional experience in ENT endoscopy is essential for this position.
• Extensive experience in the MedTech, healthcare, marketing, or business development environment.
• Passion for market development, innovation, and customer-focused business development.
• A proven track record of identifying new business opportunities or markets.
• Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong networking skills, initiative, and enjoyment of working with customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region.
