As our Event Marketing Specialist, you show up strong at fairs and events that matter in Germany. More presence on the floor, more face-to-face conversations, and more leads for sales.

When Dyflexis exhibits, you're the one making it happen on the ground. Together with Vivian, our Partner & Events Marketeer and Ena, our Senior Demand Generation Manager, you carry out the events strategy. Big exhibitions in Germany like Internoga are your main stage, and you're there from the first plan made to the last box packed. Dutch events come up now and then, and you jump in when needed.
The rest of your time goes to regional partner events and Lunch & Learn sessions. You help get each session ready, look after partners on the day, and make sure every lead reaches sales afterwards. You report to Mark, our Head of Marketing, and you have room to grow into fully owning events for the DACH region.
Find the right events. Scout fairs in Germany, the Netherlands and beyond, and spot chances for panels, speaker slots and sponsorships.
Plan ahead. Keep the events calendar on track with the team, book hotels and travel, and make sure our sales team arrives ready to show what Dyflexis can do.
Run the floor. Take care of logistics, booth management, and merchandise, so everything is ready when visitors arrive.
Open doors. Use our sales materials to start conversations with potential new partners and find out if there's a fit.
Close the loop. Hand leads to sales, set up follow-up meetings, and write debriefs and expense summaries for reporting.
требования
You have 2-3 years in event management or event marketing, ideally B2B, through study or hands-on work. Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus.
You keep budgets, suppliers, and deadlines under control, even when events overlap. You're happy to travel across Germany and the Netherlands for multi-day events.
You start conversations easily, communicate clearly, work well with a team, and solve problems on the spot when plans change.
You've worked with Salesforce and Monday, and you use AI tools in your daily work. Framer and HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
You're fluent in German and English (C1-Level). Dutch is a nice extra.
