Digital Marketing Specialist - Web & App

If so, then you could be the newest addition to our Digital Marketing Experience team within Group Marketing as the Digital Marketing Specialist – Web & App.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for bringing digital campaigns to life across web and app, with a key focus on building, updating and publishing content through our CMS. You’ll work closely with campaign teams, content owners, designers and technology stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately on time and to a high standard, from initial build and testing through to launch and ongoing optimisation.

• Coordinate and deliver campaigns across web and app, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Build, update and publishing campaign content in line with platform, template and brand guidelines.
• Working with campaign teams and designers to manage dependencies, releases and delivery requirements.
• Completing quality assurance and testing before launch, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Monitoring live campaigns and support UX, UI and SEO improvements to optimise digital performance.

You’re curious, organised and genuinely interested in digital marketing, digital platforms, websites, apps and creating great digital customer experiences. You’ll have a good understanding of how digital channels support marketing campaigns and customer journeys, with the ability to turn campaign briefs into engaging digital experiences. You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines, have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

You’ll be a proactive team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders and collaborating across teams. You’re confident asking questions, sharing ideas and taking ownership of your work, while always being willing to support those around you. A positive, approachable and can-do attitude is important to us, as is a genuine willingness to learn and explore new digital platforms, tools and ways of working. Experience in digital marketing, content, web, app or campaign execution would be beneficial.
