Digital marketing specialist for tax compliance SaaS

Digitax is a tax compliance SaaS platform built to simplify tax filing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for remote workers, freelancers, and international relocants in Armenia. We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital acquisition channels, run performance campaigns, and grow our active user base.

• Plan, build, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across channels like Telegram Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Search/Display.
• Monitor conversion rates from ad clicks through landing page visits to account registration and tax filing completion.
• Oversee digital content distribution and messaging across our official digital channels (Telegram, social media, and landing pages) to build authority and drive organic traffic.
• Track key growth metrics (CAC, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI) and run continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Segment key customer cohorts - such as IT professionals, remote contractors, and relocants in Armenia - to deliver relevant, compliance-focused messaging that converts.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or regional channels like Telegram Ads via Fragment).
• Strong proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager) and tracking frameworks.
• Strong copywriting skills tailored to technical or financial audiences, avoiding fluff in favor of clear, value-driven copy.
• Professional fluency in Russian and English.
