Digital marketing specialist for fashion brands

Z&A is a multi-brand retail company operating in Armenia, Georgia, Hungary and New York representing internationally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our brands’ digital presence and marketing performance.

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and digital marketing metrics.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance.
• Research target audiences and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign results based on KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

• Previous experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
