Customer Marketing Specialist

INTERNAL TITLE: Sr. Specialist, Business Support

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Are you an enthusiastic marketing professional who likes to work in an international environment and work with leading brands and high-quality products? Are you capable of managing a wide range of tasks—from coordinating national campaigns to shaping digital brand channels? Then we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible at SC Johnson.

In this role you will be able to drive marketing activations, translate regional strategies into local successful plans, be creative and innovative in new campaigns, as well as work in close cooperation with the regional marketing team and with the sales team to achieve market share, net sales and profit growth.

The position is initially limited to 24 months.

• You are responsible for planning, execution, and management of local marketing plans, including the full marketing mix, and present these to the sales team.
• In close coordination with the local sales team, you implement consumer and trade promotion plans.
• You can get creative when developing advertising materials from the Region for the local market in collaboration with external agencies.
• You analyze market data and develop recommendations to drive market share growth.
• You support new product launches in close collaboration with the European marketing team.
• You will lead the creation of POP materials for the Categories/Segments assigned in line with the EU process.
• You also proactively contribute to cross-functional projects and day-to-day operations.

• You demonstrate a high level of initiative and speed to achieve the best results.
• You can balance being strategic and hands-on, demonstrating curiosity and a solution-oriented approach to your work.
• Presenting your ideas and building strong relationships come easily to you.
• You enjoy working in an international environment
• You have a university degree
• Min. two years of professional experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), knowledge of AC Nielsen preferable.
• Hungary Native Speaker, fluency in English
