• Plan, create, and manage ad-hoc and automated push notifications, in-app pop-ups, and inbox messages for all 12 active markets in SAP Emarsys, from ideation through final send-out;
• Write engaging German content for the core DACH market while maintaining flaconi’s distinctive tone of voice;
• Create, manage, and continuously optimize customer segments for highly personalized and relevant messaging;
• Track CRM KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve monthly push-channel targets;
• Lead projects to develop app communications, including technical setup upgrades and personalization initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, International, and Tech teams.

• Practical experience with SAP Emarsys, Braze, or comparable mobile automation tools;
• Completed degree, such as business administration or marketing, or equivalent substantial training;
• Excellent German and English language skills at C1/C2 level;
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities;
• Nice to have: Strong e-commerce background.
