• Deliver and coordinate promotional and activation projects, including competitions, lotteries, and buy & get campaigns;
• Serve existing clients and actively participate in acquiring new clients;
• Manage the team, build engagement, and strengthen the Team Power culture;
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with strategy and creative teams;
• Control budgets and oversee the ongoing profitability of projects;
• Prepare presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project summaries;
• Ensure the high quality and timely delivery of activities.

• 2–3 Years of experience in a similar position at an advertising agency;
• English sufficient for fluent communication;
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to plan and coordinate promotional activities;
• Nice to have: experience leading integrated 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Digital.
