• Apply various frameworks (such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, Empathy Mapping) to gain a deep understanding of customer pains and needs.
• Use insights derived from customer analysis to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer interaction and drive business results using Bloomreach.
• Design and implement engaging multichannel campaigns (email, whatsapp, sms, push, ensuring content is tailored to customer segments identified through insight frameworks.
• Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on robust data analysis.
• Work closely with product, sales, product marketing and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals.
