You will be responsible for developing CRM strategies, managing player segmentation, launching personalized campaigns, and optimizing CRM performance through data analysis and continuous testing.

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve player retention and engagement;
- Build and optimize RFM and behavioral segmentation;
- Manage CRM communication channels (Email, Push, SMS, Onsite);
- Launch and optimize promotional, lifecycle, and reactivation campaigns;
- Personalize offers and customer journeys based on player behavior;
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance;
- Monitor and improve key CRM metrics, including Retention, LTV, GGR, Conversion, and Player Activity;
- Collaborate with Product, VIP, Marketing, and Analytics teams to improve CRM effectiveness.
требования
- Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook);
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing;
- Strong understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and customer segmentation;
- Hands-on experience with RFM and behavioral segmentation;
- Experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple communication channels;
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach;
- Experience working with CRM platforms and analytics tools;
- Nice to Have;
- Experience with bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns;
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies;
- Experience with CRM automation platforms;
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
