• Drive the end-to-end creative production process for UA ads across TikTok, from brief to final assets, for several products;
• Translate data-backed ideas into clear briefs that enable controlled initiative and creativity;
• Deliver reasoned feedback with references and explain the rationale behind changes;
• Contribute to creative strategy development using market analysis tools and internal UA reports;
• Maintain a library of creative best practices and provide freelancers and external agencies with clear guidelines;
• Partner with UA to translate performance needs into briefs, hypotheses, and creative testing plans;
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and AI teams to deliver assets efficiently and at scale;
• Align priorities and timelines with stakeholders to support smooth production and fast iteration loops.

• 3+ Years of experience in performance marketing creative production, focused on TikTok;
• Portfolio of high-performing creatives with significant UA spend;
• Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, including Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, and Kling;
• Proficiency in classic production pipelines for UGC and AI-UGC content;
• Solid understanding of UA metrics, including CR, CPA, and ROAS, and how creative affects performance;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
