• Turn positioning and creative concepts into growth content across channels by ideating, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and shipping UGC and paid ad creative;
• Produce and iterate paid campaign creative for Meta, including hooks, angles, variants, and cuts;
• Own and grow the UGC creator roster by recruiting, briefing, and managing creators and clippers;
• Write English ad copy, hooks, captions, and TikTok-native copy;
• Source, brief, and direct creators and actors;
• Own production end-to-end, including concept, casting, locations, props, on-set direction, and post-production;
• Scale successful UGC and paid creative through variants, cuts, repurposing, and cross-platform adaptation;
• Build scalable production workflows, pipelines, briefs, and processes;
• Handle contracts, usage rights, payments, roster tracking, and campaign trafficking as needed;
• Analyze performance across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social to guide future creative;
• Track trends and competitor creative and adapt relevant ideas quickly;
• Manage external agencies, production partners, and platforms while retaining creative ownership.

• Genuinely excellent English and demonstrable experience writing high-performing ad or TikTok copy in English;
• Extensive B2C performance creative experience producing paid social ads and UGC at volume for consumer products;
• Strong experience producing ads for Meta and TikTok, including knowledge of platform formats and hooks;
• Hands-on production skills from ideation and scripting through creator sourcing, directing, editing, and delivery;
• End-to-end ownership of paid ad creative for Meta, including static and video ads and performance iteration;
• Experience building and running a UGC creator roster;
• Experience managing external agencies and creative partners;
• Ability to analyze channel metrics, creative performance, and growth numbers;
• Experience building workflows or pipelines that improve team speed or quality;
• Fast, self-directed working style with a focus on shipping and iteration;
• Nice to have: experience with an AI product, an emotionally engaging consumer app, or the social, communication, or entertainment space; hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social buying; experience building or running a UGC creator pool from scratch; experience producing measurable installs or subscriptions for a B2C subscription product; familiarity with release forms, usage rights, creator contracts, and budgets; familiarity with pixels, deferred deep linking, or MMP setup; strong aesthetic judgment.
