Creative Marketing Manager

In this role, you will shape advertising concepts for an innovative wellness product in active development, helping it connect with audiences across international markets. You will combine creative thinking, competitor research, and performance analysis to develop compelling campaigns, primarily for Meta platforms. Working closely with designers, editors, and marketing specialists, you will turn insights into impactful creative ideas and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This is an opportunity to influence product positioning, experiment with new advertising formats, and contribute to the growth of a global wellness product.

Accountabilities

- Develop innovative advertising concepts for paid campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Instagram.

- Research competitors, market trends, and high-performing advertisements in the health, wellness, lifestyle, and self-improvement sectors.

- Create concepts for video and image ads, including user-generated content (UGC) formats and storytelling-driven campaigns.

- Write compelling hooks, headlines, primary ad copy, and messaging tailored to different audiences.

- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team members to bring creative concepts to life.

- Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate different concepts, messaging, and advertising angles.

- Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and recommend data-informed improvements.

- Develop fresh ideas for product positioning and adapt advertising concepts to different markets, audience segments, and customer motivations.

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop persuasive, audience-focused advertising messages.
• Experience creating advertising concepts, campaign ideas, or marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to research competitors, recognize successful advertising patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• A balance of creative thinking and analytical skills, with an interest in testing and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of the Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience working with international markets, particularly the United States or Europe.
• Relevant experience in health, wellness, lifestyle, or self-improvement is essential; candidates whose experience is limited to the Ukrainian market outside the health industry will not be considered.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with the ability to communicate ideas and present research clearly.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage creative work independently.
• Experience collaborating with UGC creators or influencers.
• Experience marketing mobile applications.
• Understanding of web funnels, conversion psychology, and user behavior.
• Experience developing creative strategies for paid acquisition.
• Ability to identify compelling advertising angles and define distinctive product positioning.
• Familiarity with US audiences and the communication styles that resonate in the US market.
