As the Country Marketer (m/f/x)* for Switzerland within the Medical Surgical (MedSurg) Division at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and increasing market penetration. Your key responsibilities will include leveraging our solutions to engage both existing and potential customers. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Western Europe (WE) Marketing Manager, WE Portfolio Marketers, Country Sales Manager, and the local Sales & Clinical teams, will be essential to your success. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Work location: Hybrid eligible, with a combination of remote work and in-office presence required at the Rüschlikon office (2 days per week).

Travel: The role may involve up to 25% domestic travel, with occasional international travel as needed.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
