Conversation Designer

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Conversation Designer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You connect user evidence, service realities and product constraints to create experiences that are clear, inclusive and valuable.

The partner is strengthening its capability in clear conversational experiences for chat, voice and AI-assisted services. You will take responsibility for work that connects dialogue design, content standards and intent modelling, while ensuring that prototyping and evaluation receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate.

The design function values evidence, critique and close collaboration. Success means making complexity understandable and enabling better choices.

You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. The partner expects assumptions to be made visible, prototypes to answer real questions and design decisions to remain understandable when they reach engineering and operations.

This role calls for subject-matter depth and practical ownership. You will be expected to recognise when a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

A background that can succeed here

You may come from a product company, agency, consultancy or public service. Your portfolio should explain the problem, contribution, evidence and outcome. Direct experience of clear conversational experiences for chat, voice and AI-assisted services is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
