• Find promising topics and choose the presentation approach;
• Create headlines and design thumbnails from scratch in Figma;
• Review and improve AI-generated scripts for facts, logic, and text;
• Control visuals and voiceovers, adding memes, stock footage, and screencasts;
• Analyze CTR, retention, AVD, and views;
• Test topics, formats, and thumbnails;
• Publish at least three videos per week for each channel.

• At least 1 year of experience with content;
• English at B1 or higher;
• Confident use of GPT, Claude, Veo, or other AI tools;
• Ability to write and edit texts;
• Figma skills sufficient to create thumbnails from scratch;
• Basic video editing skills, analytical thinking, and good visual taste;
• Independence and attention to detail;
• Nice to have: experience with YouTube, channel metrics, automations, and high-volume content production.

• Fixed compensation from the first day plus a percentage of channel profits;
• Part-time or full-time workload with a flexible schedule;
• Trial period of 1–2 months;
• Two channels correspond to part-time; three to four channels correspond to full-time; five channels involve an increased workload and income.
