We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own and grow IQM's content engine end to end.
This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who can deliver ell a compelling story, and build the programs that get that story in front of the right audiences at scale. You will be the person who turns complex quantum technology, real customer deployments, and technical breakthroughs into clear, polished, high-impact content, and then amplify that content across multiple channels integrated into campaigns, and directly enabling sales.
This role reports to the Content & Product Marketing Lead. It works in close partnership with subject-matter experts, product and science teams, sales, partners, and our external creative, brand, and events agencies, who handle video, photography, brand and naming systems, and design production, while you own the content itself.
- Write and produce the full range of IQM's marketing content: blogs, thought leadership, web and landing page copy, LinkedIn and social posts, campaign copy, presentations and pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, datasheets, and newsletters.
- Turn complex technical and scientific input into clear, compelling narratives tailored to the audience, whether that's a commercial director, a quantum researcher, an enterprise buyer, an investor, or a policymaker.
- Own IQM's brand voice: apply it consistently across everything you produce, and act as the guardian of tone and quality for content company-wide.
- Build IQM's library of customer-facing proof: case studies, application and use-case stories, customer spotlights, and testimonials.
- Package real customer deployments and outcomes into sales-ready assets that help the commercial team engage prospects and close deals.
- Partner with the science and product teams to translate technical results into credible, accessible proof points. Sales enablement.
- Work directly with sales to understand what's actually landing with customers, and produce content that closes the gaps. Create and maintain the content sales needs to move deals forward: pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive and vertical narratives, and follow-up materials.
- Build programs that amplify content across channels, don't just publish, engineer reach: repurpose a single piece into blog, social, newsletter, and sales formats; sequence content into campaigns; and maximize the mileage of every asset.
- Own the content calendar and editorial planning, keeping output coordinated, consistent, and proactive rather than reactive.
- Partner with the digital/demand function to make sure content is feeding paid, organic, and lifecycle programs, and use engagement data to sharpen what you produce next.
- Work with the external creative, brand, and events agencies as the content counterpart to their production, supplying the narrative, copy, and messaging that their video, design, and event work is built on.
