Content designer for financial products

• Work with designers, researchers, engineers and product managers to shape customer experiences
• Turn complicated ideas, processes and financial information into something people can understand

• Be able to start a full-time graduate role in London in September 2027
• Be early in your career — graduating in 2026 or 2027, recently graduated, or taking your first steps into design
• Care about the details, while considering how they fit into the bigger customer journey
• Want to test your assumptions and learn from research, data and feedback
• Can explain the thinking behind your decisions
• Enjoy collaborating with others and are open to feedback
• Can write clearly and precisely, adapting your language to the situation and audience
• Are curious about people — what they need, how they think and what helps them make decisions.

• For your first 10 months, you’ll join one of our product teams and work on real customer problems.
• You’ll then rotate into a different team for 12 months, giving you the chance to build new skills and experience a different part of Wise.
• At the end of the 22-month programme, you’ll move into a permanent role.
• You’ll have support from experienced Content Designers, regular feedback and plenty of opportunities to develop your craft.
• You’ll also have flexibility in how and where you work.
• Salary of £40,000 plus a $9,600 new hire stock grant and then $4,800 annualised stock grant
