Content & account executive for social media

NOIMA is growing and is looking for an organised person with marketing sense who can manage clients, coordinate the team and create content.

• Communicating with clients, following up and managing their accounts.
• Organising the team, tasks, shoots and deliveries.
• Monitoring deadlines and pending tasks.
• Planning strategy and monthly content plans in collaboration with the Marketing Strategist.
• Coming up with ideas and writing scripts for short-form videos.
• Visiting clients to film videos and take photos.
• Writing captions, publishing and scheduling content.
• Monitoring results and preparing reports with suggestions for improvement.

• Excellent organisation, good time management and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Understanding of marketing and the ability to connect content with each client's goals.
• Ability to write creative, targeted scripts.
• Ability to independently film short-form videos.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Professional communication with clients and collaborators.
• Initiative, responsibility and independence.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent tools; Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Previous experience in a marketing agency
