The company is launching an online casino project with international growth plans.

задачи
- Own and drive full-cycle marketing for a GEO, covering acquisition and brand
- Build and scale the marketing function from scratch, including its strategy, structure, processes, and team
- Manage and grow Paid Social (FB, TikTok), Google Ads / UAC, SEO, ASO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, and Affiliate networks
- Develop and execute performance and brand strategies
- Ensure high-quality traffic using BI tools, fraud detection, and performance analytics
- Build and scale affiliate programs and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with product teams on landings, funnels, A/B testing, and localization
- Manage $500K+ monthly budgets, optimize the channel mix, and track ROI / CPA / ARPU
- Analyze user journeys, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion and retention
- Lead, hire, and develop cross-functional marketing teams
требования
- 5+ Years in iGaming / gambling / betting marketing
- 3+ Years in a leadership role (CMO / Head of Marketing / Head of Growth)
- Experience with LATAM, especially Mexico
- Proven acquisition and brand marketing experience
- Deep understanding of FTD%, ARPU, LTV, and ROI
- Hands-on experience with Paid Social, Google, SEO / ASO, Influencers, and Affiliates
- Strong partner management and deal optimization skills
- Experience managing $500K+ budgets and scaling to 10K+ FTDs
- Strong analytical mindset, BI tools, and media planning
- Understanding of unit economics, CJM, and funnel optimization
- Knowledge of compliance in regulated and emerging markets
