Brand Manager

Vilgain makes high-quality food - clean, functional ingredients, no shortcuts, no filler additives. We’re 700+ people across Prague, Brno and London, already selling in 12+ markets across Europe, the UK, the US and beyond. We’re on a mission to change how people think about food, and we’re growing fast to do it - expanding internationally and building a company where people have a real say in what we make and how we make it, not just a seat at the table.

You’ll join Marketing, the team building Vilgain into a brand people know and love - wherever they are in the world.

You’ll report to our CMO and lead a team of 2 direct reports, our Social Media Manager and Influencer Marketing Manager, within a wider team of around 9 people. You’ll also work every day with Creative, Product/R&D, Performance Marketing and our local market teams.

You can’t buy a brand people love with ads alone. You build it through great content, the right creators, strong product stories and moments people want to talk about. That’s your job. You’ll grow Vilgain organically across CZ/SK, DACH, Poland, the UK and the US, and make sure we feel like one brand everywhere while still feeling local in each market.

• Grow Vilgain organically in every key market, so more people know us, follow us and care about what we do
• Own our creator and influencer collaborations, and turn them into exposure that counts
• Get people talking about Vilgain without paying for it, through stories and ideas that earn coverage and mentions
• Lead product launches and brand campaigns with Product/R&D and Creative, from the first idea to the final numbers
• Keep the brand consistent across markets while adapting it to what matters locally
• Own the launch and activation calendar, so key brand moments land on time and done well

• You’ve grown a consumer brand before, ideally in food, FMCG, wellness, lifestyle or another fast-growing DTC business
• You know how to grow a brand organically through social media, creators and earned media, beyond paid ads
• You’ve launched products and run brand campaigns with results you can point to
• You can keep many teams, deadlines and launches moving at once
• You’re comfortable with brand metrics like engagement, branded search and earned media
• You’ve worked across international markets, and you’re fluent in both Czech and English
• You take ownership and don’t need to be chased to finish things
• You make good decisions on your own, without a playbook to follow

How will we measure success?

• Engaged audience growth per market: more people following, engaging with and talking about Vilgain in each priority market
• Branded search volume: more people searching for Vilgain by name, a clear sign the brand is growing
• Earned mentions and media value: how often, how well and where Vilgain gets mentioned by media and creators without us paying for it
• Launch on-time rate: how many planned launches and activations go live when they’re supposed to

Your first 3 months

By the end of your first three months, you’ll own the launch and activation calendar across our priority markets. You’ll have led at least one product launch or brand campaign and built a working pipeline of creators and earned media opportunities. You’ll also know where the brand stands in each market today, with clear baselines for engagement, branded search and earned media, so we know exactly where to push next.
