• Analyze all mass and targeted CRM & marketing activities to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies,
• Carry out simulations for both commercial and marketing marketing campaigns and share insights to enhance performance,
• Coordinate with global teams to implement machine learning and data science projects locally,
• Develop machine learning models to predict customer behavior and support marketing efforts,
• Draw insights from commercial and marketing activities to improve campaign dynamics and refine strategies,
• Advise on customer segmentation such as RFM and contribute to improving business processes,
• Manage dashboards and create new tools to improve the tracking and visibility of KPI,
• Provide consultancy to various departments on analytical topics.

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. We're working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
