The company is launching an online casino project with ambitious international growth plans.
задачи
- Build and expand the affiliate network from scratch
- Develop and maintain long-term partner relationships
- Analyze FTD, CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, and traffic quality
- Identify low-quality, fraudulent, or unprofitable traffic sources
- React quickly and stop ineffective campaigns
- Scale successful traffic sources and partnerships
- Conduct traffic reconciliations and partner settlements
- Validate traffic quality before approving payouts
- Review payout requests and ensure reporting accuracy
- Work closely with analytics, CRM, and product teams
- Interpret performance data and make independent business decisions
- Test new traffic sources, affiliates, and cooperation models
- Optimize commercial terms with partners
- Share recommendations to improve acquisition performance
требования
- 3+ Years in Affiliate Management within iGaming / Online Casino
- Strong understanding of CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV, NGR, and traffic quality
- Experience analyzing affiliate traffic and identifying quality issues
- Experience with affiliate programs, tracking platforms, and reporting systems
- Ability to work independently and own results
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Будет плюсом: Existing affiliate partner network
