The company operates in the iGaming sector, focusing on sports betting and casino products with a specific emphasis on the African market.
задачи
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates across Africa;
- Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners;
- Negotiate commercial deals and optimize campaign performance;
- Monitor ROI, affiliate activity, and budgets;
- Manage commission setup and affiliate payments;
- Conduct competitor research and identify new partnership opportunities;
- Travel regularly to industry events and partner meetings.
требования
- Strong experience in affiliate marketing;
- Experience in Sports Betting or Casino;
- Knowledge of tracking and postback technologies;
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
- Fluent English;
- Must be based in Cyprus;
- Nice to have: Experience working with CPA networks in Africa, Russian or Ukrainian language skills.
