Technical project manager in healthcare IT

An international MedTech IT company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage software development projects in the healthcare sector. The company develops software products for automating business processes, processing data, and integrating with various information systems. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring effective communication between development teams and the business side.

• Manage software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate the work of development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams.
• Track deadlines, priorities, risks, and dependencies between different parts of the project.
• Organize communication between technical teams and business representatives.
• Participate in defining requirements and discussing technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Participate in product implementation and integrations with other systems.
• Track project progress and the achievement of key milestones.
• Identify obstacles and risks, and actively participate in resolving them.
• Improve internal processes and project management practices.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of software development processes and the complete software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Technical background or previous hands-on experience in software development, systems analysis, QA, DevOps, or related technical fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and other technical specialists.
• Understanding of how APIs, system integrations, and databases work, as well as the fundamentals of software architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (stakeholder management).
• Ability to work independently in an international remote team.
