Program Delivery
Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to finance, compliance, legal, HR, regional and global sustainability teams to implement a robust ESG Data Collection & Reporting program.Oversee internal data collection outreach and ensure environmental data consistency across the business.Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection and data quality, and develop solutions that are replicable, scalable, and aligned with reporting requirements.Ensuring data readiness reviews, auditable processes, and controls for environmental data collection, validation, and reporting.Establish a reusable reporting infrastructure and/or integrate with existing systems for data collection and management and evaluate opportunities for improvements to streamline efforts.Maximise internal engagement, educate, and guide business data owners.Prepare reports on market sustainability progress, and biannual/ annual reports as required to meet the needs of different stakeholders within the business.Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines in partnership with the global Compliance team and market Heads of Sustainability.Research and project management of sustainable projects as required.Manage energy procurement activities for the UK market.Equal Opportunities
