The Contingent Workforce Management implementation maps contingent workforce processes to SAP Fieldglass capabilities. The environment includes SAP Ariba and custom in-house resource management systems, with integration touchpoints that are not always standard SAP-to-SAP.

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to assess current contingent workforce processes
Map existing processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities and document gaps
Configure workflows, business rules, user roles, and forms/templates within Fieldglass
Translate business requirements into Fieldglass out-of-the-box capabilities
Flag requirements that require customization beyond standard functionality
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the implementation
Support Contingent Workforce Management module configuration from design through deployment
требования
3+ Years of hands-on SAP Fieldglass implementation experience, specifically with the Contingent Workforce Management module
Experience leading or actively participating in Fit-to-Standard workshops
Practical configuration experience with workflows, business rules, user roles, and forms/templates
Ability to translate business requirements into Fieldglass out-of-the-box capabilities and flag items requiring customization
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English
Будет плюсом: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, experience integrating Fieldglass via API with non-standard/custom systems beyond packaged SAP connectors, experience with SAP Ariba integration points and supplier enablement, experience in large multi-stakeholder enterprise environments with legacy process resistance
