Regulatory implementation project manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of key initiatives related to implementing regulatory requirements and transformation projects. The person joining us will be responsible for coordinating projects at the intersection of business, technology, and compliance, ensuring the effective implementation of changes resulting from new legal regulations.

• Leading projects related to implementing regulatory requirements and ensuring the organization complies with applicable regulations
• Coordinating initiatives covering legal, operational, and technological areas
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of ongoing projects
• Identifying project risks and recommending actions to minimize their impact
• Working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to interpret regulatory requirements
• Preparing project documentation and materials supporting audit processes
• Monitoring legislative changes and initiating adaptation measures
• Supporting process optimization and the implementation of organizational improvements

• At least 5 years of experience managing regulatory, compliance, or transformation projects
• Experience managing complex projects delivered in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Practical knowledge of regulations related to personal data protection, consumer rights, digital platforms, or tax reporting
• Ability to analyze legal requirements and translate them into business and technical requirements
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Very good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
