• Oversee the end-to-end execution of refrigeration projects from contract award to commissioning.
• Ensure project profitability, controlling costs and achieving target margins.
• Manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to milestones.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all documentation, testing, and quality standards are completed for 100% project completion prior to handover.
• Facilitate smooth handover to Service & Aftermarket teams, ensuring full project closeout and client satisfaction.
