project manager Travel Platform

Flix develops travel services designed to make transportation more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.

• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables;
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting across Confluence, task boards, and action logs;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on routine operational items and follow-ups;
• Assist with data collection, clean-up, and consolidation to support analysis and decision-making;
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates;
• Flag risks, blockers, and delays to senior project managers in a timely way;
• Take ownership of well-defined, lower-complexity tasks and sub-projects, growing toward more autonomy over time.

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or a related support role;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Clear and effective written and verbal English;
• Comfortable using standard collaboration and office tools such as MS Office and Outlook;
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and grow into more autonomy;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools, interest in operations, facilities, security, or asset management topics.
