Analyze tender documentation and define participation strategies;
Conduct Go / No-Go analysis with Sales, Delivery, and Management teams;
Own tenders from start to submission, controlling deadlines and coordinating participants;
Structure and prepare commercial proposals, technical solution descriptions, methodologies, work plans, timelines, and risks;
Gather, consolidate, and proofread stakeholder materials into consistent documents;
Ensure compliance with tender requirements using compliance checks and matrices;
Manage client questions during the Q&A phase;
Prepare cover letters, executive summaries, and value propositions;
Ensure the visual and storytelling quality of proposals;
Support proposal defense, clarifications, BAFO, and negotiations when required;
Maintain a knowledge base of tenders, templates, best practices, and lessons learned;
Analyze lost and won tenders and provide recommendations to improve the win rate.
требования
1+ Year of experience as a Tender Manager, Bid Manager, Presales Manager, or Proposal Manager;
Understanding of IT outsourcing and consulting, including SDLC, delivery models, and pricing models;
Experience with large and complex enterprise, multi-stream, or multi-vendor tenders;
Ability to read and interpret complex RFP, TOR, and contract documents;
