OneDome is a fast-growing property and fintech ecosystem that integrates mortgages, conveyancing, and financial services into a seamless digital homebuying experience. It is expanding through acquisitions and supports the integration of newly acquired firms.

• Develop and manage detailed integration plans, timelines, and deliverables for each acquisition;
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition;
• Identify process gaps and implement best practices to align acquired businesses with OneDome’s operating model;
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during integration;
• Identify potential risks and roadblocks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure a smooth transition;
• Support cultural and operational alignment while minimizing disruption to employees and customers;
• Define KPIs and report on integration progress, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

• 3+ Years of project management experience, preferably in M&A integrations, fintech, real estate, or financial services;
• Strong experience leading post-merger integration, business transformation, or operational restructuring projects;
• Ability to work across different business units, manage expectations, and influence senior leadership;
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to tackling integration challenges;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly;
• Familiarity with CRM systems, finance tools, and project management software;
• Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications; understanding of mortgage brokerage, fintech, property services, or financial compliance.
