Project manager IT

Inetum is an international digital services and solutions company that supports organizations in their transformation processes, combining business consulting, industry knowledge, and technological capabilities. We are bringing on a full-time Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives within Fluidra. The professional will manage several corporate projects simultaneously, including Salesforce-related initiatives, coordinating business, technical teams, and suppliers, and ensuring deadlines, scope, quality, and budget are met.

• End-to-end management of technology projects.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Monitoring of schedules, risks, dependencies, and budget.
• Reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Management of Salesforce initiatives and other corporate technology areas.
• Facilitation of communication between business and technology.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects.
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2/C1), with the ability to hold meetings and negotiations with international teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented profile.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to understand architectures, developments, integrations, and common technical issues in IT projects.
• Availability to work on-site in Sant Cugat del Vallès 2 to 3 days per week.
