• Lead and manage all site construction activities in line with project scope, schedule, and budget;
• Manage client project team interactions and communications;
• Oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Ensure site safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards;
• Liaise with external stakeholders regarding permits, approvals, and compliance;
• Build relationships with teams, clients, and contractors;
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues and delays, and manage risks;
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control;
• Oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, and water treatment system components;
• Collaborate with engineers on system integration and testing procedures;
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders, provide progress updates, and meet deadlines;
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation;
• Act as the primary on-site contact for personnel, subcontractors, and clients;
• Ensure construction meets quality standards and certification requirements;
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies;
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
• Foster a safety culture, conduct safety audits, and ensure personnel are trained in safety protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
• 10+ Years of experience in site construction and integration, preferably in data centres or mission-critical environments;
• Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance;
• Strong written and verbal English;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Strong project management skills in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management;
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and MS Project.
