• Coordinate all aspects of projects, including scheduling and planning;
• Manage resource allocation and quality control;
• Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with clients, vendors, and the internal Roboto team;
• Create and maintain project documentation;
• Ensure that deadlines and high quality standards are met.

• Proficiency in both English and Polish;
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budgets;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience working with clients;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel;
• General computer literacy, including knowledge of various file formats and conversions;
• Friendly attitude, open-mindedness, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements;
• Nice to have: experience with CAT tools, knowledge of audio, video, or image editing.
