• Lead cross-functional Commercial, Technology, AI, Finance and Organizational transformation projects within scope, time, cost, and quality;
• Facilitate strategic topics and proposals related to project execution;
• Structure relevant initiatives and actionable plans within the project domain;
• Report progress, risks, and key decisions to the Executive Team, Steering Committee, PMO, and senior stakeholders;
• Engage and coordinate stakeholders at all levels;
• Support teams in applying appropriate project management methodologies;
• Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools;
• Handle project tracking, KPI reporting, post-project evaluations, and other PMO-related duties;
• Lead and motivate cross-functional internal teams toward project goals;
• Manage vendors and external stakeholders;
• Drive project governance, decision-making processes, and risk mitigation strategies across workstreams and stakeholders.

• College or University degree;
• Minimum three years of experience in project management;
• Track record of managing diverse projects;
• Familiarity with project risk management processes and methodologies;
• Understanding of dependency management within large-scale organizations;
• Experience with vendors’ systems implementation;
• Good understanding of Telco/Fiber business and interrelated business processes;
• Advanced project management tools and techniques;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Project or similar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Copilot;
• Nice to have: PMI or other project management certification.
