The company’s telecommunications client provides services to the law enforcement sector internationally.

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent internal product development and customer-facing turnkey projects;
• Define project scope, objectives, technical feasibility, and resource-loaded work plans;
• Lead execution across R&D, Product Management, QA, Integration, Operations, and Logistics;
• Drive hardware and software R&D through scoping, planning, tracking, testing, and production handover;
• Deliver projects on time, to the required quality and technical specification, and within budget;
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and contingency plans;
• Establish communication plans and report progress, metrics, and risks to management and customers;
• Lead creation of SOWs, technical characterization, user manuals, and training materials;
• Manage CRM data throughout projects;
• Direct and guide cross-functional teams, facilitate debate, and drive timely decisions;
• Secure customer acceptance of deliverables and run post-project evaluations;
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers;
• Mentor project management practice across the organization and lead rollout of new processes and tools.

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field;
• 5+ Years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects end to end, including hardware and/or software R&D deliveries;
• Proven experience delivering large-scale development projects on schedule and within budget;
• Demonstrated success operating in a matrix environment and leading cross-departmental processes;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including risk management, Gantt/scheduling, MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills;
• Ability to drive decisions and align diverse stakeholders;
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and execute across many parallel tasks;
• Ability to maintain a wide system view while diving into high- and low-level technical detail;
• Fluent English, written and verbal;
• Availability to travel internationally;
• Nice to have: Deep working knowledge of RF.

• €45,000 – €55,000 Gross Per Annum;
• Salary depends on experience, qualifications, and skills; the advertised range is indicative;
• Office role in Nicosia, Cyprus.
