• Support programme governance activities and executive stakeholder alignment;
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, and delivery teams;
• Organise and facilitate governance meetings and steering committees;
• Maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking;
• Manage risks, issues, actions, and mitigation plans;
• Prepare executive presentations, reporting, and communications;
• Support decision-making through programme analysis and follow-up activities;
• Coordinate delivery reviews, working sessions, UAT activities, and implementation planning;
• Support transformation and change-related initiatives where required.

• Experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Project Manager within complex transformation programmes;
• Experience in large corporate environments;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience in programme planning, governance, and reporting;
• Experience managing risks, issues, and programme actions;
• Ability to work autonomously in high-visibility environments;
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and streams of activity;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Ability to produce executive-level documentation and presentations in English;
• Nice to have: SAP programme experience, participation in change management initiatives, Project Management certifications.
