• Support the delivery of utility-scale EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover;
• Assist with project planning, programme management, reporting and cost tracking;
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams;
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers;
• Support the Senior Project Manager in representing Metlen throughout the project lifecycle;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and support the resolution of technical and commercial issues;
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and project schedules;
• Support project governance and ensure activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and according to quality and compliance standards;
• Contribute to a collaborative project environment focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

• Degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline;
• 1–3 Years' experience supporting EPC projects within renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure;
• Experience in a client-facing environment;
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors;
• Strong organisational and coordination skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Microsoft Project;
• Commercial awareness and understanding of successful project delivery;
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ambition to build a long-term career in EPC project management;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.
