• Define project objectives, requirements, success criteria, KPIs, roadmaps, risk registers, and cost estimates;
• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large complexity projects from scoping and planning through execution and handover;
• Track and report progress, resolving blockers, risks, and dependencies;
• Maintain project governance, delivery structures, and documentation standards;
• Identify and assess change impacts across multiple audience groups;
• Design and execute change strategies, communication plans, and adoption activities;
• Gain leadership and stakeholder buy-in for change approaches;
• Define KPIs for change adoption and adjust approaches based on data and feedback;
• Act as the primary contact for project-related queries;
• Adapt communication to audience needs and influence stakeholders up to Director level;
• Listen actively and ask insightful questions to understand stakeholder motivations;
• Facilitate workshops and large-group sessions for 15+ participants;
• Lead strategy workstreams from problem definition through solution delivery;
• Apply data-driven approaches with the REWS data scientist to support evidence-based decisions;
• Champion new tools and methodologies to increase team velocity and impact.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
• 5–8 Years of experience in project management;
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with limited supervision;
• Demonstrated experience assessing change impacts, designing change plans, and driving adoption across multiple audience groups;
• Ability to influence Senior Managers and engage effectively at Director level;
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions;
• Clear, structured communication across all levels;
• Strong facilitation skills.
