HEINEKEN’s Digital Transformation team delivers high-impact projects at the intersection of business and technology for the global procurement organization. The Procurement Enablement department equips procurement colleagues in more than 70 countries with efficient processes, clear standards and controls, and advanced data and technology.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects enabling Source-to-Pay processes and category-specific Procurement capabilities;
• Translate business needs into clear project scopes, objectives and delivery plans;
• Ensure disciplined execution across timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders;
• Perform capability assessments across structure, process, people, governance and technology dimensions;
• Co-create business cases with Category teams and Business Control;
• Drive initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable business value;
• Engage and manage stakeholders across functions, seniority levels and geographies;
• Collaborate across business, D&T and Procurement teams;
• Drive alignment and ensure adoption of solutions to embed lasting change.

• Mature project management experience;
• Passion for Procurement, Technology and AI;
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish;
