• Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from mobilisation through project closure;
• Translate scope, estimates, and timelines into executable delivery plans;
• Identify dependencies, risks, and critical milestones;
• Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams;
• Manage and escalate risks and issues with impact assessments and resolution plans;
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and operations;
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and required decisions transparently;
• Monitor delivery against timelines, scope, and cost assumptions;
• Manage change control and scope adjustments;
• Maintain delivery governance artefacts, including delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reports;
• Coordinate go-live, warranty, project closure, documentation, and handover activities.
