• Coordinate projects and implement new processes in regional warehouses;
• Coordinate with company departments involved in logistics projects;
• Lead complex, large-scale logistics projects from start to finish, including distribution center openings, automations, and system migrations, ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and KPIs;
• Define the strategy for warehouse processes and systems;
• Provide operational support to regional offices;
• Negotiate with external suppliers;
• Prepare area reports, analyze data, and develop improvement proposals;
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with current legislation;
• Apply new regulations to logistics operations.

• Completed university degree;
• Previous experience in operational areas;
• Experience in project management;
• High level of English or German, written and spoken;
• Autonomy and communication skills;
• Strong analytical ability and proactivity;
• Willingness to travel nationally.
