Manage customer interfaces, communications, and deliverables for assigned projects and programs;
Represent Lifecycle Safety and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers;
Plan projects, including timelines and deliverables, and manage scope, quality, and finances;
Act as an account owner for programs or customer portfolios and report program-level metrics;
Craft and defend proposed solutions for new standalone Safety business opportunities;
Formulate operational budget assumptions and steer budget creation;
Customize required text and data and make decisions throughout solution development and delivery;
Act autonomously as the Safety Subject Matter Expert and point of contact for Governance, Executives, and Integrated Partners;
Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing materials, presentations, meetings, and operational support;
Lead customer service activities from scoping and proposal generation through bid defense, transition, and service delivery;
Manage project and program finances, including revenue recognition, invoicing, budget reviews, financial analysis, and change orders;
Monitor revenue, direct costs, time-sheet costs, and contribution margin;
Develop specialist expertise and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to departmental, regional, or global initiatives;
Work with sales and proposals on tailored responses to opportunities and drive business growth through customer relations and service delivery;
Participate in stakeholder meetings, provide project status updates, and define processes and project strategies;
Start new projects using standard operating procedures and best practices;
Identify project risks during initiation and implement mitigation measures;
Lead Lifecycle Safety virtual project teams and internal team meetings;
Participate in sales activities, sales presentations, bid defenses, and proposal development;
Incorporate strategic options into project and program scope and processes;
Support customer relationships, extended business relationships, and contract renewals;
Analyze customer needs and develop innovative cross-functional solutions within Lifecycle Safety service lines;
Participate in client and internal audits and inspections;
Liaise with Quality Assurance on Corrective Action Plans;
Collaborate with Lifecycle Safety Management to address and resolve customer needs and issues;
Perform other assigned duties.
требования
Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or another directly related field;
3 To 5 years of clinical research experience in a Contract Research Organization or Pharmaceutical company;
At least 3 years of Lifecycle Safety experience, including Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, or Risk Management;
2 Years of Project Management experience;
Strong knowledge of applicable global, regional, and local clinical research regulatory requirements;
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, International Conference on Harmonization guidelines, and IQVIA Standard Operating Procedures;
Working knowledge of Lifecycle Safety service lines and willingness to expand knowledge across them;
Effective team management, leadership, and conflict management skills;
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills;
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including networking and leading teleconferences;
Effective collaboration, organization, and delegation skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities;
