• Lead and steer large and complex IT projects, primarily in agile environments;
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships together with Sales and Service Managers;
• Organize and coordinate collaboration across interdisciplinary, distributed teams;
• Capture and specify customer and system requirements and convert them into structured project and requirements documentation;
• Design and moderate workshops with customers;
• Manage expectations and risks actively;
• Plan budgets and resources;
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, project teams, and development teams in German and English.

• Proven knowledge of project management methods such as PMI, Prince2, or HERMES;
• Knowledge of requirements management and agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe;
• Several years of practical experience in an IT environment, for example as a Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or IT Architect;
• Proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility across different project roles;
• Motivation to drive projects from idea to finished product;
• Strong communication skills in German and English;
• Empathy to balance customer and team interests;
• High technical affinity, good process understanding, and strong quality awareness.
