Societe Generale’s Warsaw Branch is part of the Investment Banking Business. Its Transformation Project Office contributes to strategic initiatives and the transformation of the Global Support Function.

• Manage and coordinate projects independently, contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community
• Align project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives
• Take charge of continuous improvement actions and support knowledge sharing among project managers
• Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, including CSR and communication

• At least 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in financial institutions or consulting firms
• Knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and business
• Project leadership skills supported by Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Adaptability and agility in challenging environments, including the ability to work in task-force mode
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills; positive mindset, curiosity, proactivity, and drive
• Fluent English
